Transgender influencer Lilly Contino could be in serious legal jeopardy after filming herself in the bathrooms at Walt Disney World. In the photos/videos, Contino is rating the bathrooms as the parks, while other guests are seen in the background of those social media images.Credit: DisneyAfter Contino posted the photos on social media, guests were outraged that she was filming other guests in the women’s restrooms at Disney World and not making attempts to blur their faces or cut them out of the photos. Now, Contino could be in some legal jeopardy as a result of this latest incident.According to social media posts last week, some of the women seen in the posts are “considering their legal options,” which include pressing charges against Contino but more likely would be a civil lawsuit for invasion of privacy and inflicting emotional distress. A civil lawsuit would appear to be the most likely outcome if the women choose to seek legal remedies. Now, Contino is facing even more scrutiny as the mother of one of the girls in the background of Contino’s photos is “seeking a lawsuit” against her. This is the second woman to come forward from the photos looking to sue Contino for putting their image online.A mother whose child was shown in the women's bathroom at Disney World by Lilly Tino is reportedly seeking a lawsuit pic.twitter.com/nfEzhyasbE— TaraBull (@TaraBull808) June 15, 2025However, there is a bigger threat to Contino’s ability to create social media content—two new petitions on Change.org seek to have the transgender influencer removed from TikTok and banned from Disney World. Combined, the two petitions have nearly 500,000 signatures. The petition to have Contino banned from Disney World says:There is a growing concern among park-goers about the presence of individuals who disrupt the magical and family-friendly experience at Disney World. Recently, numerous reports have surfaced about a person identified as Lilly Tino. Witnesses have described behavior that potentially threatens the safety and enjoyment of the park’s visitors.Reportedly, Lilly Tino has been involved in incidents causing distress to families and children. Some allegations include taking pictures of women in the bathrooms, creating disturbances, and using language deemed inappropriate for children. Disney World is a place where memories are created, and no one should go home with memories of distress or discomfort. The goal of this petition is to urge Disney World management to investigate these claims thoroughly and take the necessary actions, including potentially banning individuals whose actions consistently disrupt the park’s environment. Ensuring this atmosphere remains intact should be a priority.Credit: DisneyAs of writing, that petition had over 29,000 signatures, while the petition to ban Contino from TikTok had over 462,000 signatures.Contino responded on social media to the controversy, saying that it was “transphobia” that was causing so much backlash to her videos and not the videos themselves. Disney World has not commented on the controversy, nor has it commented on Contino’s status in the parks.Credit: DisneyDo you think Lilly Contino should be banned from the parks for taking selfies in the women’s restrooms?
