Godrej Properties has acquired a 16-acre land parcel in Upper Kharadi, Pune, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 3,100 crore. This is its second acquisition in the area this month. The project will feature premium housing and retail. Separately, the company also bought a 14-acre plot in East Bengaluru, taking its combined revenue potential from both deals to Rs 8,800 crore.
