Samsung isn't done launching its smartphone lineup for this year, but it is already working on next year's phones. A new and unannounced entry-level smartphone from the South Korean firm has surfaced, and it looks like it will be offered in both 4G LTE and 5G versions. This unannounced device's name has been mentioned in the linked document, and it is the Galaxy A07. It runs Android and features Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac and Wi-Fi Direct. While we don't know much else about the phone, it will likely be offered in a 5G variant as well, as the Galaxy A06 also had a 5G variant. Looking at how even this year Samsung's entire phone lineup isn't a 5G-only affair, it appears that 5G chips are still not cheap enough to be used in the most affordable smartphones. The device will likely use a MediaTek Helio chipset, as those chips have been a staple for Samsung's entry-level phones since the past few years.The Galaxy A07's predecessor, the Galaxy A06, features an LCD screen with HD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. And we would like to see Samsung upgrading to a Full HD+ screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone will likely run Android 15 (One UI 7.0) out of the box and get four major Android OS updates. It could have 4GB/6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
