True North divested its entire 7.27% stake in Zydus Wellness for ₹879 crore, acquired by PPFAS Mutual Fund through an open market transaction. Separately, TVS Motor Company increased its stake in TVS Supply Chain Solutions to 5.26% for nearly ₹57 crore, purchasing shares from Authum Investment & Infrastructure.
