My ex wanted a few garden boxes, so I built her 3, 8x4 boxes with benches on the side so she could sit and garden, thought it would make it easier on her... OMG the amount of upkeep I had to do on those gardens every week after work was rediculious... she was a stay at home mom, but it was to hot for her to deal with it, so could I just do it.... after year 3 I said no, and got her a hydropinics herb thing that you could just run in the kitchen. guess who took care of that too... but everytime we had friends over, she had to show them her garden, and brag that all the herbs in the meal were grown by her.... sorry... didn't mean to rant. just still a bit bitter.
