It just amazes me how awful and unappreciative some people are. The more you give the more they want and it sours you on mankind. Just know in your heart that you were doing a kind thing and although it seems otherwise, there are more good people in this world than bad. I would have just taken the ones that were to be tossed and distributed them to some homeless people on the street or anyone you happened upon. After a Hurricane here, and businesses were closed,a baker piled all the bread she had baked very early that day into her car and offered it to people to just anyone she met on the street. It was such a kind gesture, the baguettes were fabulous and she made a whole lot of appreciative new customers
