"It has been raining continuously in Mumbai since last night. At this time also, light rain is falling in most parts of the city. Rain will continue intermittently for the next few hours," it said.According to the department, Mumbai is surrounded by 'rain band' from all sides. So far, waterlogging is not visible anywhere, it said.
