Diablo 4 is turning two, and Blizzard is celebrating by letting players spend their mountains of unused gold on new cosmetics. From June 3-17, a new Anniversary Reliquary event will be live, and unlike the game's recently overhauled seasonal battle pass (now called Reliquaries) or recent Berserk crossover, it won't require players to grind out a special currency or earn unlock tokens. Instead, players can simply use their gold to buy these cosmetics--a rarity in Diablo 4 where cosmetics are almost exclusively earned from dropped items, gained through reputation reward tracks, or purchased with Platinum, the game's premium currency, from the in-game shop.As for the cosmetics, there will be a two-handed sword, polearm, bow, and one-handed sword available, as well as the Sunflame Lantern and Burning Dawn Banner mount trophies. Unlocking all of the cosmetics will grant players one final reward in the form of the Burning Dawn mount armor.Continue Reading at GameSpot
