Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha terminated three government employees, including a policeman and a teacher, for alleged anti-national activities and links to militants. Dismissals, enacted under Article 311 (2) (c) of the Constitution, occurred without inquiry. Since 2021, the J&K administration has terminated 78 employees suspected of similar activities.
