I've said it before and I'll say it again...a live in nanny is a benefit for the employee, not the employee. It's an absolute luxury. Even if you set specific hours for "nanny duties", as a live-in inevitably those boundaries will be stretched. Also- children won't understand when you're their friend and nanny and when you are not, so they'll be all over you all the time. Plus without any income at all (and working Monday through Friday full time for her), how is she supposed to buy food, pay for her phone, potential car, etc? This is insane and I fear anyone that would take it might have horrible intentions in mind
