The Karnataka government has appealed to the High Court against the Central Administrative Tribunal's decision to revoke the suspension of IPS officer Vikash Kumar Vikash. Vikash, along with two other police officials, was suspended following a stampede at Chinnaswamy stadium that resulted in 11 fatalities.
