(Express photo)Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa Wednesday dismissed reports that he was fired at during his rounds in his constituency in the city’s Rajouri Garden.“There is a rumour going around about a firing targeting me. It’s completely false,” Sirsa posted on X.The Delhi Police also issued a clarification, saying there was no firing incident targeting Sirsa.The police cordoned off the area after a metal piece that resembled an empty cartridge was found in the street. “When Manjinder Singh Sirsa was taking rounds in the Khyala area in the forenoon hours, a metal piece, which from a distance looked like an empty cartridge, was found in the street,” the police said in a statement.Shristi Pandey, Additional DCP West, said on closer examination, it appeared to be a part of the sewing machine. “However, it is being further examined.
