It's not so bad, I usually just decline and let them give my pot to someone else :) We're 0 hour contractors so the vibe is very much "you're lucky you have a job", sadly. So I do appreciate that they do something, even if it's small (and non-inclusive :P) And yes I agree OP should bake whatever they like and it's very kind of them to think of others! I just also understand the struggle of tthose who are left out every time. Not that it's an excuse to be a butt. But I do understand.
