I helped at one of those 'garage sales' at a business to raise money for the Cancer Society. People who frequented the business were entreated to drop off things they could sell, every dime went to the charity. People dropped off the most unbelievable dirty junk, mostly burnt candles, punch bowls they didn't clean with dead mice, hideously mildewy stench holiday decorations, I could go on forever. People are not thoughtful. The business had to take a financial hit to dispose of the piles of trash and garbage.
