Inox Neo Energies, a subsidiary of Inox Clean Energy, has finalised the acquisition of Skypower Solar India for ₹265 crore. This acquisition includes a 50 MW (AC)/57.5 MW (DC) solar power asset located in Madhya Pradesh. The project, commissioned in FY18, operates under a 25-year power purchase agreement with Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Ltd.
