The OpportunityWe are seeking an Actuary Analyst II within our pricing group to help set the Root actuarial standard of excellence by accurately and efficiently setting rate indications, producing rate filings, responding to filing objections, and developing tools to monitor all aspects of Root’s pricing and competitive position. An actuary analyst II is a key member of Root’s quantitative science department and works closely with other actuaries and data scientists. Additionally, they work cross functionally with members of State Product Management, Product, Engineering, Insurance regulatory, as well as our executive team.Root is a “work where it works best” company.
