About the roleWe are looking for the Pricing Analyst (actuary) to support the development of our Motor insurance products. This position requires conducting statistical analysis, making necessary assumptions about the product and policyholders' behavioural trends, and forecasting product results. What are you going to do? Analyze data to identify trends and assess the impact on pricing strategies. Provide pricing suggestions to product managers based on statistical analysis and other relevant factors. Evaluate the adequacy of insurance premiums to ensure their sufficiency. Develop pricing methodologies and tools to enhance the pricing process. Manage, participate in, and support the implementation of analytical projects. Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving your own and team efficiency and effectiveness. What do we expect from you? Must have Enthusiasm for working with numbers and utilizing extensive data to make well-informed business decisions. Proficient knowledge of SQL and MS Excel. Ability of taking initiative and working autonomously, driven by achieving results. Good communication skills, alongside a strong desire to learn and collaborate with others. Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or IT. Prior professional experience in an analytical or actuarial role. Fluent in English and proficient in one of the Baltic languages. Nice to have Proficiency in working with PowerBI, and Python. Previous work experience in an Agile environment. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions within an international setting.
