I am disabled can't drive It's never been freebie and never collection only but I have asked before if would consider delivery if I paid the extra to them as still made my life easier and I'd have to pay taxi there and back and try carry something. I always say if not possible wither or not I think transport is manageable ie item small I will get taxi big I'd need help from someone so likely leave the item purchasing. Seeing free items then wanting free delivery etc on top of that always astounds me. I'd have put on wall too even if never got turned on
