I updated my TicWatch E3 to Wear OS 3 and now when it boots up, it first shows the TicWatch screen and then it shows a multicolored pixeled screen. If it's plugged in when it boots up, the display will stay on showing this screen. If it's not plugged in, it will reboot and continually cycle through this sequence. In either case, the only way to get the watch to shutdown is to hold down both buttons for several seconds until the bootloader menu comes up and 'shutdown' is selected. I can't...Read more
