I don't live in a HCOL area and about 12 years ago, there was an ad for a live in attendant of sorts at a storage place, the logding was a little 2 bed 1 ba place that was up front by the gate but it had short fencing around it and a little yard. The rent and utilities were included and the pay was a little higher than minimum wage in the area at the time. I don't remember the specific hours they wanted the person there, but I do remember that you could work another job without much trouble as long as the other had regular hours. The owners basically needed a part time attendant and wanted someone on site most nights. They had been living there but needed a bigger place. I called about it but it was filled the first day the ad ran lol.
