The Department of Pharmaceuticals (DoP) has formed a technical committee to create a strategy and roadmap to strengthen supply chains and reduce dependence on China for pharmaceutical products. This aligns with the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF) Agreement, which aims to improve supply chain resilience in critical sectors.
