Might be great for someone who works remote. Also, they wouldn't actively be working 14 hours a day, they'd just be on call for that time. I do wonder how time off, vacations, or sick time would work though.... Would the person living there be the ONLY employee? Surely not... Also hopefully there's a benefits package. Further, is this under the table pay or would it need to be claimed on taxes somehow?
