The National Unity Platform (NUP) has condemned a recent raid on its headquarters and leadership school, alleging that security forces vandalized property and stole cash and equipment.During a press conference, NUP leader Robert Kyagulanyi, also known as Bobi Wine, stated that the joint security forces—acting under government orders—broke into the party’s offices in Kavule and Kamwokya. The raiding officers reportedly stole computers, cameras, documents, and hard drives containing CCTV footage.Additionally, Bobi Wine revealed that over 40 million Ugandan shillings in cash was taken by the security personnel. “State thugs vandalized our property, stole computers, cameras, documents, and over 40 million shillings in cash,” he said, adding that the assailants also disabled security systems before making away with the stolen items.He accused President Yoweri Museveni’s son, Gen.
