TARC Ltd. expects Rs 2,000 crore revenue from the next phase of its projects Ishva and Kailasa, reporting significant pre-sales. TARC has acquired additional land in Gurugram, strengthening its portfolio. They have raised Rs 1,000 crore for refinancing and additional working capital.
