Even though Donald Trump overcame the massive impediments that were placed in front of him to win back the presidency last November, there were many down ballot races that were plagued with the same type of shenanigans that were seen frequently during the 2020 elections. One such race occurred in Florida’s 14th Congressional District where Republican congressional candidate Rocky Rochford endured “substantial irregularities, statutory violations, election fraud, and misconduct that materially affected the outcome of the election,” according to a complaint filed to the United States House of Representatives under the Federal Contested Elections Act.Stone Cold Truth with Roger Stone is a reader-supported publication. The complaint also states that a cloning method was applied to voter registration with no way to remove many of these cloned voters from the process.Attorney Peter Ticktin of the Ticktin Law Group, the organization representing Rochford in this complaint, believes that there could be as many as two million cloned voters on the Florida voter rolls as fraudsters study existing ballots, altering small details in the spelling of their name, birth dates, addresses, or other key information to steal the voter’s identity and fool lax clerks and election officials who are too lazy to check. As a result, Rochford has filed the complaint and is calling for the election to be invalidated. The complaint counts an issuance of 37,495 vote-by-mail ballots that were in violation of Florida state law. 29,544 of these allegedly fraudulent ballots were voted on in the 14th Congressional District election. According to the records analyzed in the complaint, the columns of “FLDL/StateID” and “VoterSSN4”, or voter ID and social security number, respectively, were classified as "N", meaning that the information was not provided for those ballots to be lawful. Under Florida state law, these ballots should have been rejected but were not according to the complaint.“The entire vote-by-mail process is compromised because of the severe material and systemic breakdown of all internal controls in the entire voting process. This breakdown of internal controls allows, invites, and encourages fraud, misconduct, and corruption, and cannot produce any reliable election results,” the complaint states.Ticktin blames officials such as Julie Marcus, Supervisor of Election in Pinellas County; Craig Lattimer, Supervisor of Elections for Hillsborough County; and Chief Election Officer Cord Byrd for dereliction of duty after allegedly refusing to utilize Voter Focus, an optional protocol that can used to root out fraudulent mail-in votes. The ability for officials to turn this key feature on and off is a glitch that opens the door to widespread fraud, the complaint argues."Such a breakdown of internal controls invites, and encourages fraud, misconduct, and corruption that makes election results unreliable," said attorney Peter Ticktin.Stone Cold Truth with Roger Stone is a reader-supported publication. "The only reason Donald Trump won the election was because he obtained a result 'too big to rig.'""Meanwhile, Senators Scott and Rubio lost the mail-in-vote, but their legitimate voters overcame fake ones, while untold numbers of senatorial and house candidates across the country may have been unable to tip the scales to outcomes which should have come," he added.Even as these abuses happen under his very nose, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis shamelessly pats himself on the back over his supposed triumphs against election fraud. DeSantis even put together an election police task force, a gimmicky measure to garner positive headlines, but his hand-picked bureaucrats have cravenly looked the other way in the 14th Congressional District while controversial Dominion Voting Systems remains the unquestioned overlord over vote-counting software in Florida.Because of the inaction of DeSantis and other Florida officials, Rochford will take his challenge to the federal government where the retired Navy captain hopes the election will be declared “invalid…to uphold the rule of law and restore voter trust.” Rochford’s filing mirrors a similar complaint filed by upstart America First Republican Jay Furman against scandal-plagued Rep. Henry Cuellar in Texas’ 28th Congressional District as MAGA conservatives refuse to be tread upon any longer by a corrupt system that is rigged against them by design. Thanks for reading Stone Cold Truth with Roger Stone!
