Data Governance AnalystThe Opportunity:As a Data Governance Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing and managing our data governance processes and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. This role involves supporting all facets of our governance program and operations, with a particular focus on enhancing our stewardship framework and capabilities for sensitive data review and monitoring. Utilizing your excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, you will identify inconsistencies in the implementation of our standards and procedures, work to address any gaps, and ensure that effective monitoring mechanisms are in place. As a Data Governance Analyst on our team, you will: Develop and maintain our stewardship model, governance tools, and resources for stewards and other partners Facilitate cross-functional data discussions and engagement sessions with stewards and other partners Develop and conduct ongoing exception access audits and reviews Review data sources to identify, categorize, and classify sensitive data, and update and maintain our sensitive data element catalog with policy information and requirements Develop requirements for sensitive data access monitoring and operationalize processes Join us.
