Real estate has emerged as the top investment choice for women, with 70% preferring it, up from 65% in 2022, according to a survey by Anarock. Interest in the stock market has significantly dropped to just 2%. Women are increasingly opting for premium homes, with 52% seeking properties over Rs 90 lakh, showcasing their growing financial independence and investment prowess, said the survey.
