I think my favorite inspiration scammer I ever had was years ago when a guy took a piece of art I created, changed the sky (sloppily, I might add) and then emailed me saying I stole HIS art and I should pay him for it or he’d sue. Like…dude, were you thinking you were going to gaslight me into forgetting I created the original image? Or like you hoped I’d look at your crappy edit of my artwork and go “Oh shit, I must have accidentally copied this from someone else?” I told him to sue away. I wonder if these people ever trick someone into falling for their bullshit…
