These type of people are insufferable. They forgot to mention.. it needs to be near a major interstate junction so they can obtain all of the necessary equipment to synthesize large quantities of lysergic acid diethylamide, dimethyltriptamine, and methylenedioxymethamphetamine as well as ease to offload any excess product to consumers outside of the “self sustaining” community.
