(Express Photo)A Keralite working as a caregiver in Israel was found dead at the house, where he was employed, on Friday. An 80-year-old woman of the house was also found dead in the apartment at Mevasseret Zion, a small town outside Jerusalem “following an attack by unidentified individuals”.The caregiver identified as Jinesh Sukumaran, 38, was a native of Wayanad. He had flown to Israel on a caregiver visa only two months ago to look after the bed-ridden husband of the elderly woman.Local panchayat member Suja James said they had received communication regarding Sukumaran’s death from Israel.“A few people from Wayanad working as caregivers have shared the tragic news. We were told that the husband of the deceased woman also gave a statement to the local police pointing at an attack from outside. Reasons are not known to us.
