Aakash Educational Services Ltd (AESL) has sent a second legal notice to Ernst & Young (EY). AESL accuses EY of conflict of interest. The accusation is over EY's involvement with both AESL and Allen Career Institute. AESL alleges EY engaged in financial advisory roles for both companies simultaneously. Aakash demands EY withdraw from Byju's insolvency proceedings.
