An Alberta couple, Ed and Melinda Pardy, possibly recorded rare ball lightning. This happened after a thunderstorm near their Rich Valley home. The glowing orb hovered silently above ground. The couple filmed it for 23 seconds. Experts are intrigued by the video. Some suggest it could be an electrical arc. Researchers from the University of Calgary contacted the couple.
