On one of the busiest weekends of the summer, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a groundstop at Orlando International Airport (MCO) for Sunday afternoon. Currently, the airport is experiencing delays of at least one hour and fifteen minutes per flight.Orlando International Airport was expected to see millions of travelers over the Fourth of July weekend. Today was the busiest day, with an expected 175,000 travelers coming through the airport.These delays will upset flight patterns for the remainder of the day, and there could be another round of severe thunderstorms later in the day.
