Following his arrest, Shah complained of uneasiness and was shifted to a private hospital.Shah has moved a regular bail application before the court of a special designated judge in Ahmedabad.The court had, on May 16, passed an order to release Shah on interim bail on health grounds with conditions and kept the matter on May 31.Shah’s lawyer Devang Vyas said, “ED has filed a reply to our regular bail application and we need to respond to that reply.
