Marics launches ‘Elevate’ Honda vehicles in Guyana

Marics and Company Limited on Friday launched Elevate, a new model of the Honda vehicles.This model vehicle is said to be a well-rounded SUV that provides comfort, space, and reliability, offering a smooth driving experience and a feature-packed interior. It is also said to be a fuel-efficient vehicle.Jonathan Permaul, Director at Marics, during the brief launch ceremony held at the Pegasus Corporate Suite, Georgetown, said the company is continuously striving to deliver exceptional services.“Honda products are known for being of high quality and eco-friendly.“The Honda Elevate is a perfect design to match your modern lifestyle, it is always ready for adventure, you get the old and stylish design offering keen performance, a premium interior, advanced technology, and safety,” Permaul said.The representatives of Maric and Company Limited, Honda Japan and Brazil, Minister of Public Works, Juan Edghill and customers during the launch ceremony.The Elevate offers ample legroom and seating comfort for four passengers, and features easy-to-use controls, a simple dashboard layout, providing a comfortable ride, even over rough roads. The vehicle is collision-safe and is powered by a 1500 CC engine.Marics’ General Manager Anthony Collette said the launch represented more than just a new model.“It reflects over 50 years of commitment to the Guyanese market,” he said.The Honda Elevate has a 1500 cc (1.5-liter) petrol engine.Several representatives from Honda Japan and Brazil were also in attendance. Reinforcing the strong ties between Marics and Honda and the trust in the brands’ ability to meet the needs of the local market.Minister of Public Works, with responsibility for Transport, Juan Edghill, said the brand will meet the needs of the economy as development continues.
