I just spent a shit ton (relatively speaking, I don’t have much) on not needed, but very much wanted special things for each of my girls. Then my older one has the AUDACITY to tell me I should get on food stamps/welfare because I was a little short until I got paid the next day. To be clear, we had plenty of food in the house, she just didn’t want that. I said absolutely not, if you need takeout so bad then we can just cancel (the expensive thing for her) because that’s where the extra money went. I’m not going on welfare so you can have expensive shit.
