A lady was carrying a baby and just said "formula" at me and my partner. I looked at her and shook my head. I was like the fk... there are programs where you can get food for you and your baby. I wasn't sure what scam it was, but after looking it up realized they have you buy then formula and they will then return it for cash or store credit. I find people who use their children to scam people is another level of low.
