Up to a point this is a good concept, they’re just taking it way too far. I had a rental situation once where I got a great rent for being the first-call handyman for my landlady (the multi-unit I lived in plus some other properties she owned) and I did basic yard work like lawn mowing and snow shoveling. What I did NOT do was place tenants, collect rents, or certainly deal with any AirBNB BS. The concept is sound but they want to take it way too far.
