Police teams dissected the video and used other digital tools to trace the motorcycle’s registration.Their findings showed the bike had changed hands over a decade ago, but the ownership hadn’t been officially updated in the transport department’s database. The bike itself – over 15 years old – was also in violation of Delhi’s anti-pollution laws. It has since been seized and sent to a certified scrapper.The registered owner, though not involved in the incident, helped police track down the man in the video.
