I had a similar friend that was like Suzy. Wanted me to be his free programming coach for 20 hours a week with no compensation. I noped out of that and quit talking to him. He was used to having most of his relationships in his life be 10:90, where he would only put in 10% of the work, but expect everyone else to invest 90% of their energy. Basically, he was looking for groupies or cheerleaders to make his life better without offering anything in return.
