Are you an organized and creative individual with a passion for urban sketching? Urban Sketchers is looking for a Shop Manager to help maintain and grow our online store. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing online sales, tracking shop performance, and ensuring the store remains fresh and engaging for our global sketching community.Role & Responsibilities:Upload and manage limited-stock items in the USk Shop, ensuring a fresh and appealing selection.Track shop performance and prepare monthly sales reports.Work closely with the Finance Director to resolve financial issues and manage refunds when necessary.Communicate with Printful support to troubleshoot order or production issues.Collaborate with the Comms Team to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote new and existing shop products.Suggest new product ideas and strategies to keep the shop engaging for Urban Sketchers worldwide. Qualifications:An active Urban Sketcher with a strong understanding of the community.Detail-oriented and organized, with experience in e-commerce, online sales, or shop management (preferred but not required).Experience with the WordPress.org CMSStrong communication and problem-solving skills.Creativity in curating products and working with the Comms Team to enhance shop visibility.
