I will personally inquire into the matter and take necessary action.” (File photo)A day after a Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) medical officer approached the state women’s commission over alleged harassment she faced at the workplace from local BJP member Omkar Kadam, the latter said that the civic officer had registered a false complaint against him to counter corruption allegations leveled against her.“I never misbehaved or harrassed with the woman medical officer. I only sought official information which she avoided sharing,” said Kadam.The BJP member alleged that the medical officer was involved in corrupt practices and has urged the PMC to conduct an enquiry against her.“I am confident that a lot of irregularities done by the officer will come out in the enquiry,” he said, adding he would pursue the compaint against her till the enquiry is complete.The civic medical officer has approached the women’s commission against the BJP worker over the harassment faced by her.
