City DJ, Nimrod, has questioned the phenomenon of congregants falling down after being touched by pastors in churches. Speaking in an interview with former media personality-turned-pastor Jonathan Nalebo, DJ Nimrod admitted he doesn’t fully understand the practice and wonders if it’s truly miraculous.“I see people falling in churches, is this part of the miracles?” Nimrod asked, adding that he’s witnessed pastors in Uganda who once held services where people would dramatically fall, but have since stopped doing so.I have seen pastors, even some here in Uganda, who, at one point, did shows where people fell, but now they don’t do it anymore. He referred to the biblical story of Samson, saying, “People fall short of grace.” He went on to explain that just as Samson lost his divine strength when his hair was cut off, people today can also experience spiritual highs and lows depending on their relationship with God.I see people falling in churches, is this part of the miracles? – @Nimroddj #FaithUnfiltered with Apostle @jonathannalebo pic.twitter.com/rwuLpzAW4X— Galaxy TV Jikonkone (@GalaxyTVUg) June 8, 2025The post DJ Nimrod questions miraculous church phenomenon of falling congregants appeared first on MBU.
