Galaxy M15’s Android 15 (One UI 7.0) update goes global

Last month, Samsung released the Android 15-based One UI 7.0 update to the Galaxy M15. However, the brand had offered it only to the variant of the phone that it sells in South Korea, SM-M156S. Well, the company has started rolling it out to the variant of the device that it sells in many countries globally. It has the model number SM-M156B.Galaxy M15 owners in India, especially, are in luck, as Samsung is rolling out the latest update in this country first (via Tarun Vats). The new firmware is 3,204.04MB in size and has version M156BXXU6BYE7. The software update also brings the May 2025 security patch, which fixes many security issues. You can check them out here. To update your Galaxy M15 to Android 15 (One UI 7), go to Settings » Software update » Download and install. Soon, we will make the new firmware available in our database. You can then download it and install it on your phone manually using Odin on a Windows PC.
