A security guard was found dead at an under-construction building near Gachibowli crossroad on Tuesday morning.The victim, identified as Dasari Raju, was deployed at the B3 basement of the building. His body was found lying in a pool of blood with injuries to the forehead by workers who came to work on Tuesday. An iron rod with blood stains was recovered from the spot.The case came to light after Anil, the store in-charge at Micron Pvt. Ltd., alerted Shaik Mastan Saheb, a field officer at Sri Garuda Facility Management and Security Services. Mastan Saheb rushed to the site and confirmed the guard’s death.Upon receiving a complaint, the Gachibowli police booked a case and launched a probe.Published - July 08, 2025 08:27 pm IST
