I think offering free room and board to take care of one school-aged child could possibly be acceptable depending on specifics. Offering no pay to take care of 3 children one of whom is a newborn is insane. And I bet the "you'll be treated like extended family" won't extend to anything the hypothetical nanny wants to do.
