Religare Enterprises has announced that its board has approved a proposal to raise Rs 1,500 crore through preferential allotment of warrants. Entities linked to the Burman family, owners of Dabur, will contribute Rs 750 crore. The fundraise is intended to fuel business expansion and drive new strategic initiatives.
