Alternatively, you could snag a simple handheld, quick-squeeze water bottle for just $24 (a 20% markdown). But as our runs get longer and the temperatures creep higher, a standard water bottle just doesn't cut it. This is where running vests come in. With a vest system like this, you can get consistent hydration access without the sloshing or shifting that can disrupt your oh-so-precious running rhythm.
