Joseph Vijay at the Secretariat in Chennai.Mr. Aggarwal who assumed office as the new DGP/HoPF on Wednesday afternoon met the Chief Minister later. He also called on Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar at Lok Bhavan in Chennai.Separately, M. Karthikeyan, president, and V.
