/u/sitnquiet on Cut down existing trees, remove all downed trees, and underbrush to create a pasture. You get the wood from mostly crap trees in exchange. Rural Midwest.
I'm guessing "clean up" also includes all stumps removed... Yeah, this is an enormous job. Maybe - if the wood was something even a little special - this could be worth it. As it is, not a chance.
